Core Process Psychotherapy is a unique therapeutic practice that blends Buddhist philosophy with western psychotherapeutic and body oriented mindfulness enquiry.

As a fully qualified and UKCP acccredited Core Process Psychotherapist, I run a private practice at the Chiron Centre in Ealing, West London as well as providing staff counselling for organisations such as the London Fire Brigade and Prét â Manger.

Mindfulness is an essential premise of Core Process Psychotherapy and there is a gentle invitation to deepen into a present moment relationship to your experience and to listen to the cellular wisdom of the body and specifically develop embodied awareness of ‘what is happening’ from moment to moment.

Our work is always focused and oriented to you and what needs attention. Whilst there is a focus on you telling your story, the work is also orientated to enable you to deepen your relationship to yourself and explore the shapes and patterns from which you meet the world.

There is an opportunity to rest into the spaciousness of a relational field, which may encompass a wider or more expansive holding experience. This may be experienced as connecting with a spiritual essence which can inform our relationship to ourselves and others.
